The cars are immaculate and the service is the best I've ever experienced whilst purchasing a car. The service I received from the staff there was something definitely worth mentioning. It was by far the easiest I've come across by a car dealer. They went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with the purchase I was making by explaining everything in the best detail possible. Recently I purchased my new (to me) BMW 1 Series from Dale House Cars and from the outset I was so pleased with the communication from them and the no-pressure approach from their sales guy. Nothing was too much trouble for them and I am over the moon with the service and the vehicle supplied. My BMW was serviced, had a fresh advisory clear MOT, fully valeted and had an AA Warranty and Roadside recovery as part of the deal - I drove away same day as the vehicle was fully prepped to the highest standard.An all round great experience for me.

We brought a audi q7 from dale house cars and we spoke with Dave who was willing to video call us to show us around the car, no questions were to much we completed purchase on the Friday and it was delivered from Shrewsbury to cornwall on the Sunday by Dave himself, then 2 weeks after we noticed an oil leak got it into the garage to know what the problem was, we then called Dave and told him the issue with the car and he told us to go ahead and book it into a audi specialist and they would sort out the repair cost with the garage i would highly recomend these guys as they was happy to help in anyway .

Bought a 2nd hand Merecedes from the Team at Dale House Cars today. Prior to our visit we had, had speedy responses to our email enquiries and additional photos of the vehicle. On going to view the car we had a friendly reception from the team and Andy was on hand for any queries we had. The team took time to answer all queries and were happy to let both myself and my partner take the car out for a drive with no pressured sales pitch. This is a great dealership! Just got my A1 Audi for my daughter from them and the whole communication was amazing. Arian was really helpful and reliable when needed.
