There was absolutely no pressure from Dave throughout the process—he let me test drive the car twice and even offered a third if I needed it. The car was well presented on the forecourt, which stood out compared to others I'd seen during my search. I was able to take the car home the same day, and they even delivered it to my address so I could return my old vehicle. Since there wasn't time for a full valet before collection, they provided a voucher for me to have it done at my convenience. They also agreed to take care of a couple of minor bodywork issues, which have already been booked in.
They come across as a genuine garage, and the customer service has been spot on so far.

They have a nice selection of premium brands, all presented immaculately and with comprehensive service history.

David was very pleasant from the get go. I was looking for this specific car for a couple of months and missed out on 3 before i put a deposit on this one within hours of it being for sale. He said he would sort out an existing issue the car had via the local Mercedes garage before i picked it up. I had an issue with the finance company i used so he tried one of his contacts and within a couple of days everything was sorted. He also picked me up from the train station when i travelled down to pick the car up. He did offer to have it delivered but i chose to drive it home.

Thanks to both Arian and Dave for the assistance with the Audi Q3. Dave was swift to organise a viewing of the vehicle and answered all our queries on the day. A test drive at our own pace and allowed us to take our time viewing the vehicle. A minor issue with the vehicle that Dave said would be sorted after a health check and inspection. We went back a week later and took the car for another test drive, again at our own pace to ensure everything was dealt with. Arian met us at an appointment time after their usual closing time as was convenient for me and had all paperwork including the health check information available for me to take away. Both Dave and Arian were very helpful and welcoming.

We brought a audi q7 from dale house cars and we spoke with Dave who was willing to video call us to show us around the car, no questions were to much we completed purchase on the Friday and it was delivered from Shrewsbury to cornwall on the Sunday by Dave himself, then 2 weeks after we noticed an oil leak got it into the garage to know what the problem was, we then called Dave and told him the issue with the car and he told us to go ahead and book it into a audi specialist and they would sort out the repair cost with the garage i would highly recomend these guys as they was happy to help in anyway .

From the first contact he was knowledgable, accommodating and helpful. No hard sales or the sales patter that we've experienced in the past just straightforward, no fuss help, advice and customer service. We're really happy with the car we got, the part ex offered on our existing car, the attention to detail in terms of the pre purchase check, service, detailing & the speed with which the whole transaction was completed. I purchased a car for my wife about a month ago. Seen the car on their website, arrange a viewing and test drive. We put a deposit on it and collected the following week. Car is amazing and as described. Also came with a warranty but thankfully haven't had to use. Nothing was too much trouble for them. Would highly recommend them.

I would recommend this place 100% because of the lovely fast service and the wonderful treatment from staff.
